Cell Phone Problem?

ok my little cousin is ordering her cell phone from qwest and she's ordering it on May 28th. but she's going on vacation on June 12th. how long does Qwest usually take to ship out a phone? will she be able to have it for her vacation?

I would look on the website, when it goes threw the post office you can track it down, so look on there, but it should be there in time..
