Cell phone not recieving calls?

Question

Here's the deal. We renewed our Verizon contract and all got new phones. I have the lg vx5400. It won't receive any calls or text messages. I can send and call all I want, but my friggin' phone won't receive anything. I took it into the verizon store and they "fixed it" but it still does the same damned thing.

Can anyone offer any insite. I'm really frustrated. I'm in the process of changing jobs, and I'm worried I could loose a potential one because my phone isn't notifying me of recieved or missed calls.

Get a backup phone in case of incidents like this. Try contacting your provider.
