Cell phones and ringtones?

so i got a new cell phone and i want ringtones but i dont want to buy any. Is there any way to send music from my computer to my cell phone without a cord or anything like that?

You didn't say what phone you have..anyway.. depending on your phone..you can use either Bluetooth or infrared..
