I think Josh McCown

He has a stronger arm,

Chd Pennington can throw what 10 yards at best

With out a doubt Pennington over McCown. Look for Chad Henne step in if he goes down. Henne could be really good given some time and good coaching. I just hope Pennington picks up the system or henne will be thrown to the wolves.

either way they'll still lose. Pennington makes them a bit better while Josh is a proven loser. So I'll go with Pennington cause he can game manage for the fins at best

Chad Pennington, he has proved himself to be an exceptional qb. He was the comeback player in the 2006 season and he ranks first in every category  vs. the all of the Dolphins QBs  combined. Defiantly, Pennington

Chad Pennington.  Chad is a great qb, I have watched him since his college days at Marshall.  He is also a quality person.

Pennington hands down. McCown has had opportunity a couple times and failed with each chance and Pennington might not be able to throw the ball across the street but he does know how to manage a game and not put the team in bad position. He understands why a punt is better than a pick and might not win them a lot of games but wont be the one who lost them a bunch of games. Dinking and dunking the ball and a good running game gives the defense an occasional rest, throwing a pick shortly after the other team just ran a 7 or 8 minute drive down their throats pretty much ends any ball game (and boy do the Dolphins understand this). Pennington will be the starter week 1, you can go to Vegas with that!
