Chameleon like suit??

is there anyway to make a suit that acts like a chameleons skin does to its surroundings.??? is it possible to make a suit that blends in to its background to make it partially invisible not all the way invisible but close enough that in the dark you would not notice

Yes, There has already been research on this...What your are looking for is called "optical  camouflage"...Basically it works with cameras...front, back, left, right...projecting images from back to front...left to right...right to left...and frot to back...the image is projected on a garment work by the individual being concealed...Again, search "optical camouflage" on any search engine (Images)...You'll get the idea...
