Change mother name in the passport?

What is the process and documentation required to change mother name in my passport?

but as far as i know your mother reemains the same  and it is very essential in your identifiction especially in bank accounts and government documents

To change my maiden name I had to fill out a new form, it asks for your current name and the new name you want. Then I had to show my marriage certificate to prove my new last name was legit. I don't know what a mother name is but you will need some form of documentation to get approved.

yes u have to apply 4r new passport ,if name change comes we should reapply it

if name was not matched in police enquiry u r pass port will be rejected
