  1. Smiles, firm in decision-making, intelligent, high E.Q., knows how to delegate and trust people.


  2. Knows the hotel schedule and everyone's names, comes to work early and leaves late, supervises all check-in's, etc. in case of a problem. Basically what crappy hotel experience have you had and what would you change about it?
