Charlene the skunk in the Middle?

There was a story I heard on the radio about "Charlene, the Skunk in the Middle." It had a song in it that went "Your not the boss of me.Your not the boss of me. You might be the boss of you but not the boss of me." I thought the story was interesting, and was wondering if you had heard it. What is the name of the story? Where can I listen to the song?

We always listened to it on Boston's WERS radio, which has a children's program called "The Playground" on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 5-8pm. It's also available streaming for those of you around the globe:
