Question:

Charter Digital Cable....HELP!?!?!?!?

I went to watch TV this morning I turned on my Digital Box and when it reached a channel I get a message thats says, "Channel will be availiable in a Moment" Well its been and few minutes now and I'm not to sure whats wrong with it. Does anyone know if there is away way to fix it er not? Or do I have to call those ***** at Charter? Thanks

  1. One of two things, you either got shut off for not paying your bill, or your box needs therapy. You can unplaug, wait for 5 seconds and then plug back in, or you will need to call in and have them reboot it manually from there. If this doesn't fix it either, you can schedule a service call or go into the local office with your box and take home a new box. This should help. If this continues, it could be your outside wiring.


  2. do all channels say this?

    are all your wiring connected properly, and tightly?

    have you rebooted your cable box? unplug and replug electric power to the cable box?

    after you checked all of that.. they yea, your gonna have to call those *****...
