  1. han ram

if reyes keeps it up h**l be in the top 5 too, but never going to iwn he has no power

  2. hes 3 HRs and 17 RBIs behind his own teammate..utley is having a great year but i think there are players having even better ones..the fact that his team is contending does make him a candidate, but to say the only way he wont win is if he gets hurt is a stretch..the only problem with the NL is that some of the main players are on teams that are falling further from contentions (Jones- Braves, Berkman-Astros)

honestly i just dont wanna see him get it because i live with 2 phillies fans and the last thing i need is them screaming "MVP" for a 3rd year in a row

  3. Let's see, there's Chipper Jones & Lance Berkmann who are also are doing quite well so it's not Utley's just yet. Time will tell

  4. I think there are a couple of other players that deserve the NL MVP. Chipper Jones and Lance Berkman, I believe, are on top right now, and I'm not talking about due to batting average either.

  5. d**n right, go phils

  6. He is having a great year and will be one of a handful in the running for MVP.  Here is just one example:  Utley .296 BA, 25 HR's, 70 RBI, 69 Runs, and 10 SB's and Ramirez .302 BA, 23 HR's 45 RBI, 82 Runs, and 23 SB's.  Why would Utley be more deserving than Hanley?  In addition to Ramirez you have players like Chipper Jones, Berkman, and others also having a great year so Utley is certainly not a lock.

  7. no way. you Phills are not getting it 3 years in a row! no way!

  8. h**l NAH

    AL-Josh Hamilton

    NL-Lance Berkman

  9. He started out good but he's been in a slump for a while now. Howard is coming on strong.

  10. Ever hear of a guy named Albert Pujols?
