We are planning a one-day trip from our company. The strength will be about 14-16 people. It is not yet decided. We would like it to be a comfortable and unforgettable journey. Which will be the cheapest method of transportation?

  1. A limo/limousine will provide you a comfortable journey. Around 16 people will fit into a stretched limousine.  You can search for limo hire service providers in Google. Usually limousine companies charge based on the type of event.

  2. In this case, I would say carpooling would be the most affordable.  Offer a $50 gas card to the people willing to be drivers.  Some people love to drive -- someone will take you up on the offer.  I'm sure that more than one of your staff has a minivan.  You should need 2-3 vehicles.  You don't want people to be jammed in the car.

Borrow some FRS radios so that the caravan can stay in touch with one another.  It will be fun to play on the Walkie Talkies.

  3. If the one-day trip involves going to he neighbourhood park, then the cheapest form of transportation are your feet.

if it involves going someplace a bit further, try getting a mid-sized coach that can comfortably fit 14-16 people.

  4. Well these are some cheap forms of transportation,

    Walking

    Bus

    Train

Travel trailer, this will fit everyone.

  5. on foot of course

  6. A bus. We went to Mexico from B of A many years ago on a company thing and that's how we all got there and back.
