and yea the spikes are for meets, but when there is asphalt involved you shoes remove the spikes. it would be better to get racing flats.

When your training you need proper running shoes with cushion and durable for the miles. the spikes are for races and you dont train with them so their not that important.

Those look great but you should try Asics. they are a lot better.

dude, those r spikes. you need a pair of tennies that will last in the elements. check out Nike Daybreak
