helo all. just ask for opinions. honest ones. any constructive comments are appreciated as well. do u do weighted pushups? what do u think of a man who weights 165lbs/75kg and is able to do 14 pushups in a row with a 120lbs/55kg person sitting on his back. proper form. all the way down all the way up. what do u honestly think? thanks.

  1. Is this consistant? Are you doing this every day? Are you increasing your reps? Adding larger people? Are you satisfied with having done this once?

    These are my questions to you.

    Otherwise, it is just a start. Nothing more and nothing less.

    Feel good about what you have done and continue to do more.


  2. I think you should go for twenty (20)

  3. Cool now add more weight!!!

    OR try them one handed or even upside down against the wall or if your balance is real good a handstand push up!!

    When you can do those than I will be really impressed.  The other is cool a great way to build up just add more and do more reps versus short heavy reps. You want tone and speed not bulk and move like a Hippo lol.
