Cheep phone sites?

Question

i need to get a new phone (i don't want to replace it cause it would just do the same thing) i want to get a whole new phone and i told my parents i would pay half for it. but i need 'cheap' phone sites that are safe and i can get my phone. if u have any please list them so i can get started on looking up about them.

Try T-Mobile. They have some inexpensive phones.
