Cheerleading/gymnastics tips!!?

Okay i have a few things that i need help with..

*What excersizes to do to get your heelstrech

*What excersizes to do to get your splits (middle, left, and right)

*What excersizes to do to get your toetouch

*How to get a more powerful roundoff

  1. *splits

    *more splits! :) also lay on the floor and have someone hold one of your legs and push back the other (like an upside down split).  and do the same concept for middle

    * middle splits and being able to jump high( so practice jumping)

    * snap you feet together at the end and also

    your hands--

    the first one to hit the ground should be forward, the other faced inward toward the other hand.

    push off your 2nd hand.

    also practice going in a handstand (eaisier if the handstand is off the grund like on a high mat) and practice snapping up.

  2. I suggest rigorous flexibility training. Cardio and weight bearing in moderation...for most of the exercises listed above flexibilty is key.
