i say dance because you can do so many different types and styles with it. But with Cheer you can't necessarily do something different with it.

POM DANCE!!!!! it is soo much fun and you get really strong and flexable

dance deffinetly no offense to cheerleaders but is to robotic to me. dont get me wrong , they'er all challeging but dance is more rewarding

Pom dance! All the way! :) They are much more high energy and dance has so many movements that you can do that cheerleading can't.
