Chevy avalanche / EXT 634 wheel hp?

I own a 04 z71 avalanche 1400 5.3l looking for performance mods to reach 634 + wheel hp. If i were to swap the motor it would be for a built LQ9 6.0l bored and stroked to what? I want to use a Vortech v2/ v4 blower. what are strong bottom end/ top end parts EX. piston, crank, valves, heads, cam and cam durations and stuff along those lines. what reliable drive shafts to use, built Transfer case I'm going to use a built Bowler 4l85-E trans. i need good strong diff's 4X4. I need kind like a parts list from someone with this kind of power.

What does 634 hp do for you, that 630 wouldn't? or 650?

Seems like a bizarrely chosen number.

Also, seeing as you only have 290 or so currently at the wheels, you definitely would have to rip the engine out and start fresh.

By the time you're done, you should have around 10-15,000 invested.

As for what parts, no one can give you an exact list. There's too many variables. Go to an engine builder, tell them you want your weird 634 whp, and start paying cash.

Then say good bye to any sort of street driveability.
