Chicago roads?

Did anyone else have a hard time seeing through there windsheld ? there putting down this liquid salt it like drys to your wind sheld on contact i almot crashed twice and used up all my wiper fluid just from 111th inbound to 35thst ...is there anyone else we can complain to be for some one dies from this...

SALT is the worst thing in the world !

Complain to Local Government and keep on complaining until they listen ! Its what they are paid for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
