  1. I Heard that chicken nuggets have an ingredient that is the same as lighter fluid and that's what gives it the bumpy texture when fried.  This ingredient can also cause mutations after time.

  2. you mean nutrition value? Not really they are VERY bad for him they are as bad as feeding him potato chips for dinner

  3. If your son is eating them frequently, he may develop problems.  The type of processing that the chicken goes through is not the healthiest thing for humans, as well as the fried batter contain trans fatty acids (which is fat that is usually produced by frying, or other man-made modifications made to food).  The batter may contain saturated fatty acids, which (if consumed in excess over time) can clog the arteries (because it is a more solid form of fat that clings to the inner walls of the arteries and facilitates in the accumulation of Visceral Adipose Tissue, also known as "fat around the organs).  Healthier fats, when consumed properly (ask a REPUTABLE dietitian/nutritionist for more information), are called monoUNSATURATED fatty acids, and polyUNSATURATED fatty acids, which are usually found in olive oils, or vegetable oils.  They are a healthier type of fat that have more health benefits when consumed appropriately. It doesn't mean that having them a couple of times a year will necessarily kill him, but it means that he should not be eating them frequently.  Remember, CERTAIN salad dressings and margerines, used by McDonald's (as well as the ones you use at home) may contain hydrogenated oils, which can clog your arteries if over consumed over a period of time.  Hydrogenation is the process a salad dressing, margerine, or other condiments go through in order to better mix the substance, so you don't see a separation of fluids (for instance, in salad dressing the oil floats up top and the water and vinegar stay on the bottom, and it takes a lot of shaking or mixing to "mix" them together in order to blend them into ONE texture).  Hydrogenation makes it where we don't have to mix or shake as much, but, unfortunately, it has its draw-backs on our health.  We are better off, buying NONHYDROGENATED THINGS, and things that don't have any or much trans fats in them.  I hope this helped and good luck.
