Child modeling NYC?

I would like to get my brother involved into acting/modeling he is five years of age. we live in the nyc area and im trying to find a scam free agency that only takes a percentage of what is made fron his actually gigs. Thanks in advance

john robert powers. i did that from when i was 5-11, it costs alot, but you can get jobs, and you take classes there to prepair you for the industry. also a good summer camp is SOCAPA (school of cinima and performing arts) they taught me everything i needed to know.  :)
