Child support and paternity?

Question

Is it possible for an American woman to file for child support in another country in this case Germany?The man in question is a German citizen who travels to the u.s.a periodically for business through out the year and we were never married nor has she ever lived in Germany(only travels there on business trips sometimes).Where would i go to file for child support?

The situation is while i was seperated from my husband i saw another man while traveling back and forth abroad to germany for work.I got back together with my hubby found out i was pregnant and thought it was my hubbys child.But now my daughter looks nothing like my hubby he is italian (sicilian) brown hair/brown eyes/med-light skin and i am a costa rican european mix brown/brown eyes/light olive skin.My daughter has my curly hair and her facial traits look like mine at her age but she has blonde with blue eyes and pale skin similar to the german man i was seeing?There was about a week between this german guy and my hubby .Currently my husband and i are divorcing now because he has a drinking problem and he cheated on me.I will be getting a paternity test done but i am concerned

could i have done my math wrong?is this all in my head?

First of all don't rule out the hubby cause of your childs eyes and hair color.  For the child to have blonde hair and blue eyes you would have to have the same genes in your line somewhere.  Which means your husband could too.  Two of my kids were born with black hair.  Now there blonde.  I also have a red head and a child with light brown hair.  The easiest thing to do is to get the husband tested first.  If you still have contact with the man in Germany then tell him if the hubby falls through.  I find it weird that you are leaving your husband cause he cheated on you.  Didn't you do that to him?  Even if you were "seperated"  a week beteween the men is not too long. (obviously there were feelings still!!)   That is a hard situation to be in hopefully you can figure it out for the childs sake.  Cause now it seems the distances are very long between her and her could be father.
