  1. Are they only one year old? Most likely they will just enjoy music and reading stories. They don't have the skills or the attention span to do many projects. They might enjoy finger painting. Pour some paint on some paper plates, make sure they are wearing smocks or old shirts so they don't get their clothes ruined and give them a big piece of paper.

  2. Try VERY basic Yoga and Classical Music....

  3. How many days ? If it's only short while, you read them a story and then ask them to act the story and teach them how to act and show the message to all of their friends. You can give little present to who is very active in action. Also you can do a quiz, ask them the things they very interest something like cartoons, kids movie and playing doh.

  4. you could make finger puppets. get a piece of paper and wrap it round the child's finger and get them to draw a face on it. the could put on a puppet show for their parents.

if you have instruments they could "play" a simple song like twinkle twinkle.

everytime its someone's birthday get the rest of the class to make a card for them and they can pick a "prize" from a box.

    sing some songs with them.

also cut out a picture of a house for all of them and get them to draw their family in it.

get them to make themsleves some cards and they can play snap with them.

organise a little play with them.

and once a week have a free time afteroon. put out paints, dress ups, blocks, toys etc for them to play with and then they can share what they have done.

    have news groups for them.

get them to walk across park benches and climb up in certain patterns along the playground.

compile a book of favourite nursery ryhmes/poems with a few they have written themselves included and give it to their school library so everyone can read them.

give out certificates for hard workers.

find fun little games to play with them so that every lesson is fun and exciting.

take them for a walk around the school and get them each to find 3 leaves that are different then share them with the class.

put on music and let them dance around and pretend to be certain things.

    make playdough for them.

    sing the alphabet.
