ChinaStudyAbroad.Org ????

Question

I have come a cross an organization (ChinaStudyAbroad) CSA that claims that 4 weeks of study with them equals one year of academic study.??? Since I have hard to believe that this is the case I would like to have some feedback from someone that used them.
