Chinchillas?Hamsters?

Question

ok so im 13 and my mom is allegeric to cats and bunnys and i highley dislike rats and mice. I can not have a ferret cause they smell and were not allowed to have dogs ina aparment. So the ? What pet should i get? i was thinking hamster or Chinchillas tell me ur opion and info on the pet.

Chinchillas because tey are more playful and love company.
