  3. By Chinese Style Fish Head Curry I assume that you're looking at the one where coconut milk is used because the Indian and Nonya versions use assam.

    My personal favourite is Nana Curry, its a franchise that is available at quite a few coffeeshops.

    I'm quite intolerant to chilli so do tell them to tone it down a little if you have difficulty stomaching chilli like me :)

  6. I dunno about chinese-style fish head curry, but there's a nice place at Toa Payoh which has pretty nice fish head curry done by chinese people.
