Chinese and American ?

Recently, I went through an article about 6 percents of the population of America is made up of Chinese. That's many. Is that Chinese can communicate with American or they always get discriminated? I mean if it is good if Chinese emigrate to America and live at there? Do American welcome Chinese zealously?

I think everyone gets discriminated no matter what they are.  But as long as your not planning any bombings or some radical way to take over then I'm sure us good ole americans would welcome you. I get discriminated and I live here!
