and the next one is "what is your name" or what are you called....that sort of thing

为 = wei  (4th tone ) 什 = shen ( 2nd tone) 么 = me ( This word is special wen u use it in a phrase like this one 为什么 so it dusnt have a tone ) this whole phrase means " why ? "  .hope it helps ^_^
