No. I've heard a lot of crazy things about chinese food, but this one is certainly new to me.

Chinese restaurants in the United States are subject to the same exact health inspection and food-safety standards as your neighborhood Applebee's. There's no pets being cooked, and there's certainly no "bull pee."

So calm down, relax and enjoy your sesame chicken... which is nothing more than a lot of corn starch, vinegar, broth and sugar.
