Cholesterol in Mcdonalds Big Macs???

i am doing a report on why mcdonalds should be required to serve healthier foods. and i need to know how much cholesterol are in a Mcdonalds:

Big Mac

CheeseBurger

Hamburger

Chicken Nuggets

MilkShake

etc.
