Chopsticks???

Question

I have a date with him very soon....how to use a pair of Chopsticks/which book has demonstration/explanation on the matter??

pls help..its urgent!!!

why not ask for his help?  it will make him feel manly to "assist" you and it is an excuse for a lot of hand touching...

Chopsticks have got to be the silliest things ever . Fantastic if your on a diet though no , Lol..

I can never work them properly either and even worse is the little oriental spoon you get in resterants , i always end up spilling some soup down my top cos it doesn't quite fit in my mouth right . I dont know why , it's sure big enough , Lol...

I guess Kara didn't know that more than two billion people use chopsticks every day? What a silly response.

Called "hashi" in Japanese, chopsticks are relatively easy to use if you practice a bit. You don't balance them, you rest them in the crook between thumb and forefinger. The bottom "stick" does not move, while you use your index finger to maneuver the top "stick" to close in on food.

By the way, before anyone says it, spoons are used for soup, with the end of the bowl finished by putting down the spoon and bringing to bowl to one's lips. Slurping the noodles in your soup is not rude (at least in Japan).
