he has a pod cast on the radio one website, you can down load it to your computer or mp3 player. its has the best bits from his show, he's hilarious!!!

Actually you could get individual shows, if you're in the know

Radio 1 allow you to listen live to shows on their website, or listen to past shows using that same browser.  What you do is visit the show you want (it will only be available for so long after broadcast), then right click and click view source.  Search for the text ".rm" without quotes, and you should find a file with the letters .rm after it.  You now need to download that file at that URL.  The problem is it won't be http protocol, it'll be a special real player protocol like rtp:// so you need to search for a program that can download files using this protocol because I can't remember if I did it with IE7 or not.  Next open that file, and it'll say the location of the mp3, now just type that in to the URL in the browser and click save and if you want add it to your phone.

Alternatively just settle for the podcasts, as these will be the best parts from the show so if you're looking to relisten to a particular bit, it'll likely be there.  Just visit the radio 1 website and click on podcasts, and add these to iTunes or Windows Media Player or your favourite alternative.  WMP will let you put the podcasts on to music devices such as your phone, and iTunes will let you put them an iPod, so choose whichever you need.

You can't get individual shows, you can only get the podcasts which contain the best bits.
