  1. how inexpensive?

For the 9y/o, 13 y/o, and 14 y/o cousins, how about buying them something from claire's? or maybe at american girl on line. claire's have a section on gifts on prices. you could also type in a certain price and it will show you stuff that ranges from that price and lower. on american girl on line, they have a shopping section. most of the stuff is pretty expensive but they have a sale section too.

    For the boys.....

10 and 11y/o - you could get these nephews "game stop" gift cards. or you can go to game stop yourself and pick out some cheap but cool video games. you could try amazon too. they have so much stuff at really cheap prices. video games and maybe books?

14 y/o - this guy.......how about his fave football team jersey? or maybe a best buy gift card....

Mom&Stepdad - You can make them each a card. on the computer on microsoft, write them each a letter on how much they mean to, how much you love them, and why you're thankful for them. it can really touching and doesn't even cost more than 1 dollar.

Grandma - you can do the same thing for grandma as your parents or you can but her vitamins? my mom does that all the time. every christmas, my mom buys a bunch of these vitamins and hand them out to HER grandpa, aunt, uncle, mom, dad, and step mom.

28,30, & 38 y/o bros - what do your brothers like? maybe you can make them each a breakfast gift basket. it could include these items :

mugs, pack of ground coffee, jam, peanutbutter, magazines, and maybe a loaf of bread.

25, & 35 y/o cousins - you could do the same with them as your brothers or you could get them each giftcardds to bestbuy or maybe gamestop.

Hope I helped. Please answer mine!

  2. Assuming none of your family members are dieting or diabetic (and they all live locally), you might be able to make plates of homemade cookies and fudge for all of them. (My mom and I do it for our local friends and relatives every Christmas, and they love it!)

If you're a good craftsperson, you might also want to consider making them gifts like Christmas ornaments, table runners, wall hangings, or knitted hats, mittens, and scarves!

  3. I would suggest a DVD for many of them.  The are inexpensive.  For the families, get a good Family entertainment Movie.  You could do that for ten dollars a family.  For Mom/Dad and Grandma, why not a fruit basket or a basket of homemade goodies? Maybe a nice bottle of wine or a nice  gourmet coffee?

  4. Grandma:

You can buy one of those collage frames, it's the large ones with all the openings, some are different sizes, some are all the same.  You can get them in the frame dept. of any store, even Michael's and AC Moore.  Then put pictures of you and your grandmother in the frame through the years.  Or you can even do family photos through the years.  I think pictures of you and her would be nice though.  Leave 2 spaces blank, one to write Merry Christmas and the date and one to take a picture on the day you give it to her and put that picture in there when it's printed out so the most recent picture is in there.  She will love it, it's like a scrapbook for her wall and she can look at it whenever she wants!

Other things you can get her:

    Perfume

Lotions and shower gels she may like

    Earrings, bracelet, necklace

You can get one of those frames that you decorate, decorate it and put a picture of you and her in there.

Subscription to her favorite magazine or newspaper.

    Clothing

Gift card to grocery store or her favorite store.

    Scrapbook of family pictures

    Family portrait

Stocking filled with her favorite things.  You can put together her favorite lotions and creams, candy, treats, etc and wrap them and put them in a stocking for her.

Is there something she collects?  You can add to the collection.

Does she have a hobby, get her something for her hobby or a gift card for her to shop for her hobby.  If she crochets, ger her some yarns or things that she would use, if she has a hobby, get her things for her hobby.

    Books

    Movies etc.

    25 Y/o Cousin and Wife

    35 Y/o Cousin and Girlfriend

Gift card to a restaurant for a night out

Gift card for a night to Dinner Theater

    Dinner Cruise

Movie Gift card and dinner Gift card (present it in a popcorn bucket with some microwave popcorn and some movie candy)

For the 28 Y/o Brother w/ Girlfriend and boys

You can get them passes for  a museum, zoo, or something like that.  So when the kids are bored, they can take a family trip out and do something as a group.  You can also just get them gift cards to somewhere like Dave and Buster's, where they can eat and play games, or put together a movie basket the same way as your cousins, get them a movie gift card, enough for each person to get one ticket then put it in the popcorn bucket and the movie candy, etc.  You can get them something for the whole family to do.  Video games, Tickets to a sporting Event,  Show, etc.

30  Y/o brother with  Teen Daughters

For this brother, I would get him and his daughters something they can do together as a family, or something for the girls and the father separately.  Either something like Philosophy Gift sets for the girls, which you can get at Sephora which I'm sure they would love and then something for your brother, tailored towards his interests, whether it's sports, his hobbies etc.  Or you can get them something to do as a family.  Tickets to see a show or concert, Gift card to a restaurant they would all enjoy together, something you know the girls would like to do and their father as well.  Maybe a dinner cruise, maybe take the girls out for manicures and pedicures and then lunch and send the father out to do something on his own, etc.

For the 38 Y/O Brother and his wife and their 9 y/o daughter and 14 y/o son.

You can also get them movie gift cards to go see a movie together .

You can get them a video game if they have a console to play together and then maybe a gift card for the parents, or you can just get a video game you know the parents as well as the kids would enjoy.

You can do the pass to an amusement park, waterpark, Dave and Busters gift card, etc, the kids would love that and I'm sure the parents would have fun there too.

Tickets to a show or sporting event or concert, you can do something like that.

For all the families, if you know there's something that any of them like to do as a family, like boating, or rafting or working out etc, go with it.  If any of them have hobbies or if they're on the run with taking the kids to and from sports, give them something that would give them a break from that, like a night out together, dinner somewhere fun where they would all have fun together.

I'm not sure if you're looking to buy for the kids separately.  For the girls, you can't go wrong with Philosophy gift sets, the scents are great and every time I've given them out, they've been a HUGE hit!

For the 9 year old girl, you may want to stick with a game or something that has to do with High School Musical or hannah Montana, but I would tak to her mom and make sure that she's into that before buying.

For the boys, usually a video game is a big hit,  or something sporty.

Whenever buying for kids though, I always talk to their mom first.  I ALWAYS do this NO matter what, even if I know what they're into, just in case their tastes have changed or they suddenly become into something.  You can't go

  5. sees candy

christmas dvd of last years christmas

    sweater

go to ross or marshallas your money goes far here

    watch

    etc

  6. Gift cards to there favorite stores, movie theaters, or restaurants.

  7. our family all gets together and adopts a less fortunate family and we pool the money that we would spend on each other and spend it on that family.  We get toys and clothes for the children, groceries, gas cards and pay electric or heat bill ahead. We spend a weekend together shopping and planning.  It is the best if i could get. (or give)
