Christmas in spain,any reccomendations?

We want to spend 2or 3 days over xmas in spain other than alicante,as we live here.has anybody spent xmas anywhere else in spain that they could reccomend,or a nice hotel.

We live in Valencia if you go to the tourist information website they have hotels, places to visit fiesta’s etc.

been to both many times, really hard too chose, both very nice, but different, tenerife has more nightlife and bigger beaches, a huge prom that goes on for miles, where as lanz has more bay type beaches, bit more laid back and low key. really depends what you want.

For the previous person who answered on here Bull running is in August, the main fiesta month, not xmas! Barcelona would be better or down south...

Come to Madrid as it is a great place to party over Xmas. Let me know your age & attitude to partying and I will give you recommendations. FYI I am married to a Madrilena for 9 years and have been living in Madrid for 1.
