Does anyone have any ideas or tips on making a nice cinderella pumpkin coach for a musical coming up in about 4-5 months? I mean that the actress can sit and ride in that looks good/elegant. Or any tips for parts of it/decor?

  1. I like the donkey cart.  if you are upcoming be humble and be pretty.  spend on you.  Be a nice girl.

  2. get a chair with wheels or that will move as the "horses" pull it. then get a huge pumpkin cut out and attatch it to the side of the chair that will face the audience. you can all so cut a door for her to enter. then it will look like she is stepping in to a pumpkin when the audience see's it. it will be magical!

i hope my idea helped. sprinkle glitter when the door opens or when she steps in side of it!

  3. I did a production of Cinderella where we had a pumpkin coach drawn by two Shetland ponies...from memory, the coach was built in two sections - the wheels, axles and base, and then the pumpkin part sat on top of that.  It's really hard to describe, maybe I should find a picture...

I believe this may be a model, but it could give you an idea on how to make it. It could work if you try to modify the shape and size. http://www.priz.co.uk/build/stagecoach.p...
