Can you give me an example of clean eating, and maybe suggest a few meals? Do you know of any foods that make your skin clear, and your hair shiny and healthy? What kind of supplements?

  1. I LIVE by clean eating!

    its refreshing to hear someone who wants to lose weight the healthy way!

    I assume you have heard of the author Tosca Reno in that case :]

    suplaments for hair skin and nails- cod liver oil liquid gel caps (available at gnc)

    they have special pre-made packs of multi-vitamens that are all natural and they have everything you need basically vitamen wise, but they taste awful, I suffer downing them every morning ,at gnc they are also available

    make sure you get calcium supplements, very important

    fish oil is also very good for your health

    wheat germ,bee pollen and flax seed or oil are extremly important supplaments.

    if you are as as active as I am don't learn the hard way like I did MAKE SURE TO TAKE YOUR "Glucosamine and condrotin" supplaments daily!! they are for joint repair and protection, they help prevent knee problems and other things. they are amazing!

    magnesium supplaments help with twitches.

    eat clean things:

    Oatmeal, steel cut no sugar

    sometimes the taste is more bearable if you but in a small bit of brown sugar (light) or if you put frozen berries in it or flavoured protein powder, so you get your protein and carbs together!

    egg whites, also amazing, for flavor add salsa,

    an egg white omlette though, put in 6 egg whites with chopped up onions and green peppers,chili powder for flavouring (and it heats up your body and boosts your metabolism when you eat natural hot things) a small bit of cheese and just cook it, you have all your protein and carb serving right there and it taste great, and if you want to make it an egg sandwich just put it between 2 whole grain bread slices

    cottage chees= Great protein, really low calories, have it with some fruit and it tastes like yogurt and yummy fruity syrup, only better.

    I have my own twist on chinese food the eat clean way

    stir fry some chicken up in a liquid concoction of red pepper flakes, soy sauce, ecxtra virgin olive oil,ginger root and simmer it and bast it onto the boneless skinless chicken pieces for 10 minutes on med-low. and make some whole grain brown rice while the chicken is in.

    when that is done put the rice on a plate and take the flavoured chicken out and put it on top, then cut some carrots up into circles and get some broccoli flowerets with some walnuts, in the leftover sauce if you have some stir fry them until how you like to eat them then put over chicken and broccoli, then you have a delish chinese eat clean meal

  2. skin clear eating good honestly u can wash ur face as much as u want eating bad food gives acne and water keeps ur skin moist and hair shiny is vitimins take a multivitimin daily

    good foods chicken turkey seafood lean cuts of steak roast beef ham egg whites and yolks are okay for every 4whites have 1 yolk that being 145cals and 17g protein 7g fat but u need that one yolk for good fats and nutrients

    whole grains wheat pasta bread cerals all wheat fruits veges u can have any and some fats u want nuts avacados and olive oil  but dont go overboard

    meals

    breakfast

    skim milk 1 1/2c special k protein plus cereal w/ a banana in it

    snack apple

    lunch 4oz turkey sandwich w/ light mayo on whole grain bread and a glass of skim milk

    snack orange and multivitmin u want vitmin C at 3ish cuz it helps ur metabalism so much then

    dinner

    4-6oz chicken breast and 2cups of steamed broccoli

    drink as much water as u want a day dont have more than 2 cups of coffee and make sure u add milk not cream and only a lil sugar or splenda tea is preferred

    dont eat after 8 is bull...eat 1-2hrs before u go to bed have a glass of milk and a small apple or handful of almonds that helps just dont eat more than 200cals then
