Cleaning a Mare?

How often do you need to clean out a mare's v***a? Also, how do you clean it out.

You only clean the outside. You can use a sponge with a bucket of soapy water. Make sure it is a mild soap. You clean it as needed. If it looks dirty, clean it. Otherwise you can do it on a monthly basis. Also, make sure you wash between her teats because it gets pretty gross it there to. Some mare don't have teats that hang as bad as others and require less cleaning. Plus, some mares don't like this and may kick at you.

I've heard of using baby wipes just around the opening.  Not really sure how often, I'd guess it varies with the horse.  Just as some geldings' sheaths get dirtier more quickly, so do mares' parts.

Don't forget to clean her teats as well.  It can get kind of nasty around there.
