Clear bobbin out of thread

Question

I'm using my mother's Janome Memory Craft 4800 and I am not familiar with all the terms of sewing. Anywho, the small lower clear bobbin just ran out of thread. Is there a way I can wind thread onto it by using the top larger bobbin which has plenty? Thanks
