Clippers. Successful?

Opinions and comments on the clippers future in the upcoming season.

They've got some pretty good starters players this season including Baron Davis and Marcus Camby

They would not make the playoffs because the 8th seed would be taken by the Trail Blazers. Clippers though have a very good lineup. Jason Williams, Baron Davis, Marcus Camby, Al Thorthon, Chris Kaman. That is a strong starting lineup. It just depends on how well their chemistry is.

i think they could do well, injuries.. yeah that's a problem, and they need maybe another guard or two, but with elton brand coming back they could do pretty well, maybe in the next couple of years they can make the playoffs. but for the present, they can't make it.

I think they're better than last year but still it will be difficult for them to make the Playoffs.

How can they not be?

Kaman+Camby is a defensive monster in the paint.  And if you dont know, Baron davis is a very good defender.  Also did you guys forget about thorton? RICKY DAVIS?

Clippers got:

Baron Davis

Ricky Davis

Al Thorton

Marcus Camby

Chris Kaman

that already is a monster line up

They might win like 40 games. They won't make the playoffs though.

I like baron davis when he was on golden state but I think they can go to the playoffs

Davis is good, great at best. Camby, I dunno about Camby it seems to me that he enjoys his best defensive plays in the Regular Season and do a Houdini in the play-offs, The selection of two player from the worst team of the league (Willaims and Davis) doesn't help also to bring out a winning mentality for the team.

Definitely a downgrade from their play-off line-up of Kaman, Brand, Maggete, Livingston and Cassell and if last season they didn't qualify... I think you get the bigger picture...

they can win between 35 and 45 games, but that's all

the play-offs on the western conference....  forget it!!!!!!!
