Clonakilty..........?

Have you been to Clonakilty, we are looking for somewhere to stay either there or nearby, never been to Ireland before but my Grandad is from Clonakilty!

I've been but did not spend the night there; however I highly recommend visiting the Seven Heads Peninsula there.  It is beautiful.  When searching for places to stay try searching for Clonakilty Bay--that's the more touristy name they use, so it might give you nicers inns.

for to find the best place to stay there log into discoverireland.ie and look up clonakilty and when your there in clonakilty(clon as we say here in cork) dont forget to pay a visit to the model train village
