they succesffully clone the dog. my question is - i understand there won't be any "memory" copied, but will be the personality temperment be exactly the same?

No. How could it be? The environmental and developmental influence will be quite different.

So, not " exactly ', but I know of nothing on what traits will somewhat resemble the donors.
