does anyone know of any good medicines for cluster headaches or even any natural remedies please

  1. go to a neurologist.

    often the preventives that they give migraine patients can help, such as Topamax etc.

    natural things you can try are magnesium, butterbur and feverfew.  there are some combos out there like "migralief" etc- I know clusters are not migraines, but they are vascular like migraines, so it might help.

    relaxation, breathing, meditation etc also helps.


  2. Most physical problems are Psychological,when there is no sign of physical injury,in most cases. I'd say just pop a Tylenol,Lay down,Listen to some ambient signs,Drink tea,Eat soup...And It will go away...

  3. Consider reducing your intake of artificial ingredients and salt. This can make a huge difference.

  4. Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix. It will take a month to see a difference.
