Cofee and my arms?

Everytime I drink it it feels good but after 1hour or so , I feel like my arms are weak...weird...

Must be the caffeine. Switch to decaf.

Some doctors take their customers off coffee.  It affects the heart.

I did not drink coffee for many years.  After a day or so you will not miss it.  Drink something in its place such as V-8 juice or Fusion.  Both are very good for you.

Be sure to tapper off coffee slowly or you will get a terrible terrible terrible headache.  It will be so bad that you will be sick to your stomach.  Your body is in caffeine withdrawal.
