Coffee won't come out....

Question

I have had this problem since I got it (2 years ago). I have the X6 Trio and when I turn it on and it heats up, the light comes on for the coffee and when I press the button, sometimes it sorta "grunts" but no coffee will come out. Then the next day it is fine and works great. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone else have problems with this? Is there an American assistance number I can call?
