has anyone tried the colgate 7 day trays for whitening ? do they work // is there a seven day crest and which works better?

  1. they work.  my dentist recommended the crest ones but said they both work.   I started to notice improvements but had to stop because they where making my teeth more sensitive  which happens to alot of people I guess  but it went away after a week or so
