  1. Different schools will have different dates.  For Early Admission, most dates for schools are in October, or November.  Usually, they will tell you if you make their early admission deadline, when you will hear an answer.  So check on the schools that you are applying to on their website

  2. check out the school your interested in

  3. online degree-

  4. -- I'd be happy to assist! Your question really depends on the university(ies) that you want to attend. For most, the Early Action deadline is November 1st. Remember, EA is NOT binding; so be very careful not confusing it with Early Decision. Applying ED to a college means that you, if accepted there, must attend not matter what. Early Decision deadline is generally Nov. 15th. However, as aforementioned, check with your college(s). Remember, some universities offer both EA and ED, whereas some only offer ED. Remember, you can only apply to ONE university ED, whereas you can apply EA to many.

-- If you apply EA, you will typically get a response in mid-December. If you don't get in EA, generally colleges will place your application in the general admissions pile in Jan.

-- If you apply ED, you will also get your response in mid-December. Remember, if you get in ED, you must immediately cancel and withdraw all other college applications. It is binding. Some colleges even offer an ED 1 and and ED 2. The ED 2 later than November--usually in Jan.

-- If you do not apply with one of the Early admission possibilities, most college deadlines for Regular Decision is Jan. 1st, and their notification is usually the first couple weeks in April.

Thus, if you want to apply Early, choose either EA or ED (you get your notice of acceptance, etc. in mid-December) and have all SAT-II's and ACT/SATs done BY October. Have the testing companies send your grades to your college. But, ONLY apply Early if and only if you are positive you are going to attend that particular school (if, you are applying ED) or are more or less leaning toward these two to three colleges (if, you are applying EA).

Hope this helps, and good luck to you! =)
