  1. You should first get an agenda book..helps out A LOT when it comes to being organized! You should map down where your classes will be so you wont be late to class on the first day...b/c most of the time..many students are trying to add therefore if your late...there might not be enough seats for you. If you have a roommate...you better hope you get a life long friend as a roommate b/c...a roommate can end up as a best friend...or a person you'll hate forever. You don't actually have to go to class...you just have to go to the classes that the professor takes roll in. A lot of the time...many professors would have power-points online for you to study off of...making it easier for you if you skip class. best of luck!

p.s. make sure you go to class on the first day...b/c if you dont show up..ur gonna get dropped!

  2. You can take a tour of the campus.  They will assign a student that has been there a year or two, to take you around and show you the dorms, the buildings, etc.  You go to class at different times depending on your schedule.  You'll talk to a guidance counselor that will go over what you need to take for your first semester.  My freshman year, I had a lab at 7:00AM!!!  That was hard to make!!  Living conditions are different for different schools.  I'd go visit the school you're going to attend.  It will be exciting for you and will ease some of your anxiety as well.

  3. There is no one answer for that, they differ depending on a variety of things, but mostly where you go and how lucky you are.

Dorms are generally small, and feel even smaller when you're sharing with another person. If you have a messy roommate or you're a messy roommate living conditions will suck, if not then things will go well. Same goes for if you or your roommate has manners, common sense, likes to party, etc.

When you go to class depends on how you choose your schedule. Generally, as a freshman, you're probably going to be unlucky and get morning classes. You might get classes all back-to-back with many on the same day or you might get just a couple a day. It just really depends. Overall, for me this year, I have three classes on Monday, two Tuesday through Thursday, and then four on Friday. One class I have Monday through Friday at 9AM and another class I have only Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30 PM. And the rest are all in between.

  4. Are you living in the dorms? If you are...the rooms are more than likely going to be pretty small. You'll more than likely have to share a bathroom/shower room too. You may just have to share that with your suitemates (usually like 3 other people) or there will be one for the whole floor. Some dorms are coed and some separate sexes. You choose when you go to class. You're able to pick whatever classes you want to take and when you want to take them (well, depending on when they're offered). You choose if you want to go to class or not even (I highly recommend going lol).
