  1. with a brown couch, brown curtains and brown rugs and stuff would look nice with a brown feature wall and cream walls.

  2. When I got my home, I bought a book full of color schemes.  It really sparked my imagination.  I also went to websites like the paint brands, IE: valspar, dutchboy.  A lot of their websites had palates you could play with.

I also went to places that were too expensive for my taste to get ideas, then went to Target and Wal Mart to find a cheaper solution.

  3. my bedroom is dark red and cream

sounds weird but it goes really well with everything

    honestly!!!

  4. We have dark brown leather sofas in our living room and it looks stunning against dark wooden furniture and terracotta throws and cushions scattered around, but if you go for colours like that keep your walls simple, cream or a very light mocha brown would look fab. Hope it helps

  5. some deep red or mebbe deep red with a golden yellow...those are very warm and would go great with the chocolate brown and if you are really good, you can make it look like a five star hotel lobby!!!

    Good luck!!!

  6. cream and robin egg blue with light wood colors appeals to me at the moment for that room

  7. I like using golden yellow with dark brown.

Or you could maybe use something like burnt orange to add some color spice to your house.  I like that combination but I'm a little on the wild side when it comes to colors.

You could always use cream to contrast with the chocolate.

  8. I like chocolate & blue and chocolate & baize green.

    I like yellow & black.

    peach & burgundy.

    terra cotta & dusty blue

    red & gold

    copper & cucmber

  9. I have always wanted to combo like a robin-egg color with dark tan. like a room with a view into another room or paint two walls one color and two walls the other color

  10. Go for cream it's modern and goes well with lots of stuff it also lets lots of light in.

  11. my friends have just informed me my whole house is the same colour in every room, i can tell you it is not, just various shades of the one colour which is old gold, creamy natural tones with just enough tint of warmth,  and leaves plenty of scope for  colours to be introduced with soft furnishings good luck x

  12. I would buy a really nice painting/print/whatever that you love that incorporates the brown of the suite and then pick up the other colours in the picture and run that theme through your home.

    Does that make sense?

  13. Right ok

well i am only fifteen but... i know a little which might help...

try from the bottom of the wall up to about 3/4 up try 1 colour like blue then the rest in a faborite colour of yours eg. i have blue and late in my room,

or for your bedroom, 1 wall 1 colour or wallpaper and the other walls the same eg 1 wall yellow the other three orange  or red or anything that might bring out the colour of that wall

white makes the whole room seem bigger so maybe try all white and have nice colour full accessories

like black lamp but with red lampshade

    large mirror

    wooden furniture

but hey i am only 15

    but i hope i helped

    bye.=)
