Comcast Internet?

I have comcast internet, comcast cable tv for one tv and 5 other tvs are just regular cable tv, and comcast phone service all in one, I have been using a four way splitter and recently the internet connection has been on and off lately. I called comcast and they told me I need a new splitter because When I directly connect the main cable to the broadband modem, internet and phone works but comcast tv wont work and if i dont then comcast tv will work but phone and regular tv wont work, what do I need to do?

Forget comcast for tv... switch to Dish network.. you'll get ALOT more for your money, higher rated service, and save some $$$
