Comcast digital cable?

i just got comcast digital cable a few days ago and when i try to go to the bio. channel which is 115 for me it says not authorize for ordering information press info... i thought i was supposed to get the bio channel!! please help me out thanx

You will have to call them. I had the same problem when I first got my box. All of my channel were not showing up so I called them and they had to send a signal to my box and told me to unplug it for like 30 seconds and plug it back up and all my channels appeared. If that doesn't work they may have to send a technician out to your house.
