Hello, I am looking into leaving my current job to find a new one. I currently work in retail, so based on my experience, I will more than likely be hired to another retail store before anything else.
This is ok with me, but I am wondering:
Which one would be best to work for?
Which ones offer commission?
The stores that are near to me, and would be options are:
Macys/Sears/JC Penny/Gottschalks/Mervyns/Kohls
I currently work for T.J. Maxx....and it really isnt the best place to work. Not too sure if it is the company as a whole, or just the specific store that I work for.
I am looking to get out of here asap, so opinions will be very helpful right now. Thanks so much!
